Hint Fiction

“In my writing class our latest assignment was to write a 25 worded story about whatever you wanted. We needed to add emotion and organization in order to make it exactly 25 words. So we all had to change and edit our stories multiple times to use good word choice and make sure it made sense with only some words. It is called hint fiction because it is suppose to hint at something to make the reader infer and think about what the reader is trying to say. It also has to have a beginning, middle, and end weather the reader infers it or it is written in the story.”

“This cruel disease will be cured for everyone one day . But you stayed srtong through all of it. You had faith and you overcome cancer."

1、The boys waited below the tower block for the paper planes. They fought over them, to be the one to carry them back to her

2、Through Tiny Windows

When they opend the cadaver, they found a house.A couple argued inside. There was rhythm to their words, like the beating of a heart.

3. Cull

There had been rumors from the North for months. None of us believed it,until one right we started to kill our children too.

4. Better Than Divorce

The bull terrier watched the car fishtail and then straighten as it sped away. The dog turned, looked down, and gently licked his master's forehead.

1) One Month Too Soon

Penelope was wakened by the cheers from the agora. She turned to the man in her bed and whispered, "What have I done?"

2) Blind Date

She walks in and heads turn. I'm stunned. This is my setup? She looks sixteen. Course, it's hard to tell, through the scope.

3) Dickie

Everyone in town went to the same gynecologist, Dickie. Even Dickie's sister went to Dickie. No one thought this was strange except for the out-of-towners.

4) Ransom

Broke and desperate, I kidnapped myself.

Ransom notes were sent to interested parties. Later, I sent hair and fingernails, too.

They insisted on an ear.

5) Or Even Longer

Together they throw the dirt, listen to its plunk against wood, a sound so unlike anything else in the world, one you could remember forever.
