Oh, more news from Square Enix! In Japan, it’s finally got a solid release date of December 26th 2013, which is a pretty odd date to release a game on, along with some more news, Yoshinori Kitase, the game director has expressed some interest in doing a Final Fantasy XII (12) HD remaster for the Vita also – Kitase said:
We’d love a Vita version of Final Fantasy 12… I am also hoping that this HD remaster will open up some great possibilities in the future.（就是说您老想多移植一点最终幻想来捞钱咩？）
He was also asked why he referred to the Vita, and not the PS3/PS4. This is his reply:
The gaming scene has changed quite a bit from 10 years ago and today’s younger generation who grew up with smart devices now carry these devices around with them to play games whenever and wherever they want, not just when they go outside but also at home, wherever they may be in the house as well. Even when they are in the toilet!One of the appealing things about the PS Vita is that it allows for this kind of play style. In addition to that, another advantage is that it has a wonderful LCD display that can hold up to the PS3 in terms of graphical quality.
What do you think about FF X|X-2 HD, will it sell enough to warrant another FF HD remake? I’m not too sure. But I’m definitely getting X-2, I finished the first but didn’t get round to playing the sequel.（是啊，二周目神马的好累啊）
Let’s move on to the awesome PS Plus update of next month, I have played neither games, and really wanted to. ( You know when you’re in game limbo, where you want to play a game, but you know you’ll never get it? Yeah… that is pretty much all of the EU PS Plus offerings.
This month, the EU PS Plus rules have changed, instead of receiving 3 free PS3 games, it will now only be 2. But really, one of the Plus games is usually cross buy so it’s still 3!

As most of us know, they are developing an Xbox One game called Sunset Overdrive, and it seems they have been trolling their work buddies by taking advantage of kinect’s voice command feature. One employee has gone over to the PA* and said down it “Xbox OFF” which, well, obviously made the majority of the Xbox’s being used power down. 
* PA is that thing you hear in the supermarkets ‘Doris to cashier B pleeeease thankyou’ Being as we are getting closer and closer towards the next gen launch, some demo units have started to show up for showcasing. This picture was shared by Playstation Germany, so there’s no telling if this is the design for Germany, EU, or the whole world. But still, I think it’s a good design, don’t you?
It’s also been revealed all of the PS4 retail unit packaging, and the Xbox Ones. Let’s see who’s is better

So, it started when I learn that Amazon.co.uk had dropped the price of the PS4 Mega Bundle by £20 to £430. It was still £450 on Shopto so i tweeted them, curious as to whether they would be dropping it too. They privately messaged me saying that no, they wouldn’t.“Fair enough” i thought. Tweeted that they weren’t dropping the price and said “I wish i’d ordered at Amazon instead”. Which started a conversation with a friend on twitter, during which I said to the friend (and NOT to Shopto) that i would be switching my games to Amazon from Shopto “As a f**k you” – a little overdramatic and childish, but not abusive.After this, Shopto sends him a flurry of DM’s asking him to send over his account code for profain language towards shopto. (Although it wasn’t)

It was at this point the customer swore while mentioning ‘shopto’ in regards to our decision, however as our staff were talking to this customer at the same time, when our social feed showed the abuse (for social purposes we use tweetdeck to allows us to see anytime the shopto name is mentioned on twitter), the staff took it as being directly made to ShopTo. Further investigation into this matter shows us that the customer was not actually pointing abuse at us, but just talking to his friend, so in this case we have to deeply apologise for being in the wrong.As a way to make this up to the customer we have offered to restore his account and provide his PS4 free of charge.What’s next on the news list…..
